What We Do
Build a Network of Innovation & Collaboration: We connect Austria’s brightest minds with the global tech ecosystem, fostering collaborations that shape the future. We connect Austrian researchers, students, and entrepreneurs with U.S. institutions and initiatives to reinforce existing collaborations.Through our extensive network, we assist Austrian companies gain access to expertise, funding, and markets while enabling Silicon Valley to tap into Austria’s market. We help businesses to successfully navigate the market by offering guidance and networking opportunities.
Shape the future of technology and AI: We promote collaboration between governments, technology companies and experts from civil society, science and the arts.
Open doors: We facilitate access to decision makers, Silicon Valley insiders and cutting-edge scientists.
Bridge Policy, Innovation & AI: We facilitate discussions to reconcile cutting-edge technologies - especially artificial intelligence (AI) - with democratic values, ethical innovation and human rights. We cooperate in this with the tech envoy of the European Union and other EU Member States to inform them about new developments and opportunities.
Support Austrian Start-ups: Within the GoUSA Silicon Valley initiative (GoUSA SV) we put our high-value Silicon Valley ecosystem to work to connect Austrian participants to our network of Silicon Valley mentors. More than 180 companies have already graduated from the initiative.
